Who is responsible for international customs fees?
International Customers please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by Été Papillon. Please be aware that these fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

GROUND SHIPPING FOR ORDERS $50.00 AND OVER – FREE
DUE TO AEROSOL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS, WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP AEROSOLS TO ALASKA, HAWAII, GUAM, PUERTO RICO, VIRGIN ISLANDS OR US MILITARY BASES OVERSEAS.
Some orders may NOT be able to be mailed to P.O. Boxes. In the event that this happens, our website will ask you to provide an alternate address or you will receive an email from email@example.com.
All of our shipments ship from the Miami, Florida area and typically takes 5-10 days to arrive to their assigned destination.
Our Standard Service is currently available to the Contiguous U.S, and Puerto Rico
Transit Times for our Priority Service is 2-5 business days once shipped.
Please note, Standard and Priority Services are subject to the same processing time.
Our international shipping rates vary based on total weight of package. Transit times for international packages typically take 10-21 business days to arrive after it has been shipped. Your country's customs office also has the right to hold your package for any reason up to 30 days after receipt. If you experience a delay due to customs, Été Papillon cannot make any changes to or expedite your order. We encourage you to contact your local customs office to get your package delivered.
What about import duties, taxes or fees?
When shipping internationally, Été Papillon is not responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties. We are unable to declare the package for any value other than the total product value which must be displayed on the front of the package.
Please note, Été Papillon is not responsible for the transit of packages that may be affected by, but not limited to, customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS or UPS to local postal services in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delay, including any postal strikes. USPS or UPS and their international shipping partners are responsible for the transit and delivery of all packages in their custody.
